FPS issues with SV3C camera

I am getting very low FPS on my camera. Runs up to 10-14 and it drops periodically to 0 and I get an orange clock that pops up. Not getting consistent fps. Camera is a SV3C 1080p Camera and it is out side using 2.4 hz wireless connection. Is there any settings on the BI side of things to help with this?
