There are a number of applications that use a file named "startup.exe" besides the Glary version at your link.  If it's that particular Glary version you're trying to use I'm of no help. Does Blue Iris use Startup.exe ?  <a href="http://windowsbulletin.com/files/exe/glarysoft-ltd/glary-utilities-pro-2-38-0-1288/startup-exe" class="postlink">http://windowsbulletin.com/files/exe/gl ... tartup-exe</a>. <br><br>If not the Hikvision IVMS software is using startup.exe.
