I am new to Blue Iris but have done a lot of exploring so far. Im really liking the granularity of the settings. It really lets you fine tune things with a lots of variables.

I have a Hikvision PTZ IP camera DS-2DE4A425IW-DE and have integrated it into Blue Iris including getting the PTZ controls to work. But I can't seem to get the presets to work in BI. I have them set and they work from within the camera webpage but 'calling them' from BI does nothing. I have attached a couple screenshots of my settings. If one of you could please direct me as to how to remedy this, id appreciate it.
