+1 You may be limited to the capabilities available in your routers firmware but, if possible it would be best to set up a static port forward rule in your router to point to BI server (which should be a static/reserved IP anyway)

So upnp is not a very safe option. Most router have it disabled by default now days. Ive always set mine up manually in the router. Just create your rule to port forward in your router.

Remote viewing help

So I go through the remote viewing wizard and everything works fine for about a week then it quits working. The wan address doesn’t change. Once I re add the upnp rule it starts working again. Am I doing something wrong? Something wrong with my router? Very frustrating.
