We didn't ask what type of camera it is ! Oh well, did you fix it ? If at all possible, do the rotation in the camera itself and not BI. Log into the camera, and use it's interface to flip/rotate the camera.<br><br>Also, you should be eligible for BI v5. Hi VBTWEB, <br><br>If you just bought BI4, you should be able to upgrade it to BI5.
