We didn't ask what type of camera it is ! Oh well, did you fix it ? The comment to do it in the camera gui (if it has that functionality) is the best one.

If at all possible, do the rotation in the camera itself and not BI. If you do it in BI it causes extra CPU resources to be used for something that can usually be done in-camera.

I just bought version 4 and I have one question. I have a camera i could only mount a certain way, however its sideways.

I need to rotate it 1 time clockwise.
How do I do that?

I only see flip

There should be options in the cameras gui. Log into the camera, and use it's interface to flip/rotate the camera.

Also, you should be eligible for BI v5. What does the BI Options say under Support?

Hi VBTWEB,

If you just bought BI4, you should be able to upgrade it to BI5. BI5 has a "Rotate" selector just to the right of the "flip" selection.
