Good day,<br><br>I have been using Blue Iris v4 (am ready to upgrade to Blue Iris v5!) for a couple of years and recently began facing two issues. The first issue was <br><br>1) Blue Iris began to shut down automatically a couple of minutes after launching, I rechecked my storage drives etc. and emptied them hoping it would work fine. <br><br>2) Now Blue Iris (v4) does not even open, I launch it and it automatically crashes<br><br>I am not sure if I can somehow create a backup of my settings and upgrade to Blue Iris 5 or if there is some way I can fix Blue Iris 4 and then upgrade?<br><br>Thank you friends<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="https://blueirissoftware.com/forum/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=3484">jamesbond</a> — Tue Jan 26, 2021 3:24 pm</p><hr />
