On my phone i'm also using a third party ONVIF software and I can control the TP-Link Tapo C210 from there. So the ONVIF is actually working with the camera, just not from Blue Iris.

Did you manage to solve this?

I have a problem here that I couldn't solve by researching forums.
It's about the PTZ operation of the Tapo C210 from TP-Link. I specified the Onvif port as 2020.

Both in the video settings
(Discovery / ONVIF-Port [2020]),
as well as in the PTZ/Control menu
(ONVIF (OXML) and Use another ip / Port [: 2020])

But no matter what I do, I can't get the PTZ control to work with BlueIris 5.4.9.x
The small Windows program OnVif Device Manager, on the other hand, has absolutely no problems controlling the camera with PTZ commands without special settings.

Who can please help me?

ich habe hier ein Problem, dessen Lösung ich nicht durch Recherche in Foren erzielen konnte.
Es geht um die PTZ-Bedienung der Tapo C210 von TP-Link Ich habe den Onvif-Port mit 2020 angegeben.

Aber egal was ich mache, ich bekomme die PTZ-Steuerung mit BlueIris 5.4.9.x nicht ans Laufen.

Das kleine Windows-Programm OnVif Device Manager hat hingegen ohne besondere Einstellungen überhaupt keine Probleme die Kamera mit PTZ-Befehlen zu steuern.

Wer kann mir bitte weiterhelfen?
