Doorbird - no joy

Using BI 5. Selecting Doorbird as the camera always give a password/authorisation error ( even though they are correct, tried admin and supplied key ).

Selecting generic ONVIF works but no audio.

Anyone else have issues with this?; or some other configuration perhaps I'm missing.
