AI correctly detects a person in the standard alerts.

Under the alerts tab I have set up a pop-up toast with the requirement 'person' and it works under test mode but not in practice. If I leave the requirement field blank then it does generate a pop-up but of course I get unwanted alerts as well. It does not appear to recognise the AI filters. - I am running the latest updates. Any ideas as to how I can further troubleshoot this? - I have tried using various AI filters, also the group option with same results.
