I noticed this because I could not log into Battle.Net.
Steam worked, then was giving me issues. Then Google.

After changing DNS servers from Google to another DNS server(s), and flushing the DNS, I could log into Battle.Net, and, everything else started working again.

Maybe just flushing the DNS would have been enough.
