NHD-818 is listed in BI's Make/Model list in the 'Video/Configure' tab.

A few things to consider...
- How are you adding the camera in BI? Are you using 'Find/Inspect'?
- Make sure that the RTSP port setting in the cameras Gui is 554, then use 'Find/Inspect' again. If these do not match, BI will not find the camera using RTSP. BI should be able to find it.
- Manually select the make/model in 'Video/Configure'.
- Lastly, send BI support a message about this.

Are you sure it is ONVIF or has an RTSP feed ? Historically I don't think Swann cameras work with other manufacturers NVRs. What do you know about it ?

Next question is, is this a new camera or part of an existing installation ?

If new - probably won't work with BI5 so send it back before you get stuck with it.
If existing - Do you have a NVR ? BI5 may be able to use that to see your cameras.

What settings do these cameras require? I have been pushing buttons and nothing seems to work. They also come up at REOlink cameras.
