I've had a look at the installation manual, and it doesn't mention Onvif ports or settings, however <a href="https://support.arecontvision.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023767473-Configuring-ONVIF-with-Arecont-Vision-cameras" class="postlink"> this Arecont Support page</a> does. I was going to suggest using ODM to find the settings, but it's all in that Support info.<br><br><a href="https://support.arecontvision.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025106254-How-to-connect-to-RTSP-streams-on-Arecont-cameras" class="postlink">This Support page</a> shows how to connect to rtsp streams.<br><br>Good luck <img class="smilies" src="https://blueirissoftware.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_idea.gif" width="15" height="17" alt="" title="Idea"><p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="https://blueirissoftware.com/forum/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=178">TimG</a> — Sun Sep 24, 2023 8:30 am</p><hr />

Could you not try changing the port on the cam itself to see if BI can then properly detect the cam?<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="https://blueirissoftware.com/forum/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=78">IAmATeaf</a> — Sun Sep 24, 2023 7:28 am</p><hr />

Hello,<br><br>I have a couple Arecont 10mp cameras w/ 100' IR's They work great in Milestone but not so well in BI. Blue Iris doesn't recognize substreams and only puts the cameras at 2.1 MP. The cameras are 10225PMTIR. I have their last firware loaded but they have since disoconued the cameas. BI doesn't recognize all of the features and I'm guessing it's becasue of the Discovery/ONVIF port is incorrect. BI sets it at 8999. Any suggestions or is it a lost cause, hope not.<br><br>Any ideas on different ports to try?<br><br>They are ONVIF complient - ONVIF Profile S, PSIA Conformance<br><br>I really don't want to buy 2 new cameras. <br><br>Thanks,<br><br>MIchael<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="https://blueirissoftware.com/forum/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=6121">mcvoss</a> — Sat Sep 23, 2023 7:14 pm</p><hr />
