Since this is a no-name cameras, what BI profile are you using?

BI does not support motion tracking, that I'm aware of.
Might be better to use the cameras gui, and bi for recording/dewarping.

1. Can you let us know if you are using Blue Iris, or is this all third party stuff ?
2. Rocking and does not follow person/ opposite direction when following/ other way up - are you sure the camera is not upside down :idea:

On static the camera manages to identify humans (it frames them into rectangles)
