Limit Web Access for Exclude Authentication

Hello! I am running IP Cam Viewer on my Roku to access my BlueIris instance. Originally i could not get any of the authentication to work until I put in the exclude under the webserver ( ^192.168.0.0/24) So this worked fine when I gave the proper url within the IP Cam viewer application. Blue Iris does not even look at the username/password and just automatically Authenticates based on source ip address. However I want to limit this to certain cameras or certain camera groups. Is there a way to limit per ip address to a specific camera group? or is there another way for the IP CAM viewer App on roku to correctly authenticate using username/password?
