Hello,
I have a BI and Home Assistant integration, I created a Profile Change in HA whether I leave home (switch to Profile 1 Active with all cameras actives) or I come back (switch to Profile 2 with some of my cameras not active) and it works fine.

In BI settings Profiles Tab I checked "Until Triggered" on all the profiles and on BI main window I manually force the top "Schedule/Profiles" button on "HOLD" (Red square), because I want to have the profiles changed only based on my presence at home and not on any other factor (i.e. time schedules).

The problem is that when I am at home and profile 2 is working, whenever one of the remaining active cameras triggers and produces an alert, BI automatically switch to Profile 1 Active.
I could not find any solutions either on Google or in the forum.

How can I solve this issue?
Thank you in advance for your replies.
Statistics: Posted by LeOnSaba — Mon Nov 06, 2023 3:15 pm
