Turn off camera when on certain profile

Is it possible to turn off a camera when a profile is slected if not do we different way to do this. The reason being i have an indoor camera that want to keep powered on just disabled on Blue iris when im in doors as turning the camera off and back on later on blue Iris doesnt pick the camera backup automatically
