Are your other cameras using CamHi too ?

I don't know these cameras, but if it is ONVIF controlled, then I would start by looking at the BI5 settings for this camera. If you press "Find/Inspect" does it show "Has PTZ service: /onvif/ptz_service" or something different ?

If nothing check the camera GUI to verify if the port has changed.
Statistics: Posted by TimG — Sat Mar 30, 2024 10:49 am

Newby here again - Ok, One of my PTZ cameras, once panning just fine in BI has now decided to stop all PTZ functions. nothing found in the BI documentation about this. Other PTZ Cameras (2) still work fine and fully.
The camera that stopped PTZ functions in BI retains full PTZ in other online app (CamHi) PTZ's fine in that app but no Joy with PTZ in BI for this cam... Where should I start to look in BI to correct this - This camera has been working fine in BI from the beginning, but now, fine picture, just no PTZ funtions In BI. Where from here?
Statistics: Posted by HughS — Wed Mar 27, 2024 5:52 pm
