I have about 20 presets set up to record a church service so one is called wide shot and is of the whole church and one is close up called speaker when it is just one person talking. In the past I could go to these presets by pressing the little location image that says "Go to preset" no the blue iris page. However now when I click that nothing happens. I am also unable to zoom or manually move the camera. Can anyone help me fix this please?! THANKS!
