Have you update the BI software recently?
What version of BI are you currently running!
If you have updated recently then as a test go back to one of the stable versions and see if the problem goes away.

All of a sudden I'm getting this error on all my recorded cameras: Clip: Disk can't keep up. I have 8 1TB drives and they aren't full. Setup cache on each one and still have the problem.
