There was a memory leakage issue appearing in some systems which would eventually cause BI to lockup / crash. this has been fixed today in release 5.9.2.3 so give that a try if you're still having the issue.

BI locked up

After the last few upgrades BI has been locking up and frezzing. The computer is running ok.
