Has it always crashed?<br><br>If not then think about maybe going back to the last stable or even the stable release before that.<br><br>Other things to try is disabling hardware acceleration on all your cams, do a find/inspect on all your cams, db regen or oven recreate etc.<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="https://blueirissoftware.com/forum/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=78">IAmATeaf</a> — Sun May 05, 2024 8:06 pm</p><hr />

If you look at the normal Log, go to the bottom of the screen, and there is a box to tick to "Save to file" to retain a text log. I send it to Desktop, as it only creates one file a month.<br><br><div class="inline-attachment"><dl class="file"><dt class="attach-image"><img src="https://blueirissoftware.com/forum/download/file.php?id=3503" class="postimage" alt="TheLog.png" onclick="viewableArea(this);" /></dt></dl></div><br>BI5 will then create a text file in the place you have chosen that will be OK even if BI5 has crashed.<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="https://blueirissoftware.com/forum/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=178">TimG</a> — Sun May 05, 2024 6:41 pm</p><hr />
