Has it always crashed?

If not then think about maybe going back to the last stable or even the stable release before that.

Other things to try is disabling hardware acceleration on all your cams, do a find/inspect on all your cams, db regen or oven recreate etc.

If you look at the normal Log, go to the bottom of the screen, and there is a box to tick to "Save to file" to retain a text log. I send it to Desktop, as it only creates one file a month.

BI5 will then create a text file in the place you have chosen that will be OK even if BI5 has crashed.

Hello,

I experience a few crashes per day since couple weeks, where can i find a log to try to understand what is going on ?

I'm on 5.9.0.7, i didn't have those crashes before.
