That looks like a good response. Not sure what else it might be.

Mine is a Dahua but there might be something that stands out to you as you compare the PTZ settings.

What am I looking for in the inspect window there is a line that says
Has PTZ service: /onvif/ptz_service

theres not a camera model option in tne PTXZ tab so im using the ONVIF (OXML)

I didn't see a place to upload the text from the inspect feature

What are the results when you do an 'inspect' on the camera vi BI?

I had a case with some Dahuas where there were two login users: a base one for video and a second one for ONVIF.

Once I set the user credentials to the camera ONVIF user rather than the base user then my zoom worked in BI.

I managed to get the 5Mp turret camera video to show up in BI but I can't seem to get the motorized zoom to work. It does work with the CameraViewer software from Nelly's but I'm sure that its a setting in the PTS tab of the software. Any help out there Thank you in advance
