i downloaded and installed version 5 (run demo) on another PC ---> all cameras ok.
i will unistall ver4 and install ver 5 with licent.

If that is recent, it will be for BI5. Please check.

Hi, you say you installed Blue Iris v4 and it does look like v4. Are you aware that BI4 is rather old ? Are you wanting the present version = V5 ? It might well work with your cameras and there is a demo version available.

I'm hoping somebody hasn't charged you money for v4

Hi all! Pls help me!
- i've 13 Amcrest cameras (model: 721s, 841, 943). i installed Blue iris Ver 4 ----> Only Amcrest 721s view ok on Blue iris, another not view (cameras not viewed in Blue iris, note: No signal, HTTP: 12002 Timeout). I DON'T KNOW, WHY?
- All cameras NOT viewed in Blue iris (with note: No signal & HTTP: 12002 Timeout), But i can viewed to direct by Chrome or IE or Firefox it ok. (EX: trang...ddns.net:1041 ---> it OK).
- i attached files: h1 + h2 's Amcrest model 721s, viewed ok on Blue iris ; h3 's Amcrest model 841, No signal on Blue iris.
