I love this BI5 software, but I have 2 things that i can't get working.

1, The "magic" pre-recording a few seconds before actual trigger, seems to be reversed for me as it loses a few seconds instead before recording regardless of my settings.
2, Recordings indicate sound, but i can't hear anything, Not in BI, not on the mobile app and not one UI3 browser.

I have 3 Hikvision DS-2CD2T87G2-LSU/SL 4K POE

Any ideas?
