Other than checking the PTZ settings in BI5, I would suggest an email to Support. I have a Boavision 5MP 30x PTZ. Today I noticed I cannot use diagonal PTZ movement, when prior I had been using it frequently. UP DOWN LEFT RIGHT work fine but choosing diagonal results in up or down movement only. I have reverted back to a BI version that I was certain this feature worked but it did not resolve the issue. I have factory reset the camera, removed it from Bi and added again but still not fixed. The camera has not received any updates.
