Back up pc and then delete this file ?

If Ken doesn't know what that file is, can you confirm that you have excluded the BI5 folders from anti virus scans ? See Help file for details.
Statistics: Posted by TimG — Mon Jun 17, 2024 5:38 am

So far, I couldn't find anything different between the camera and the other cameras. Ken over at support couldn't find anything either.
I did find a file called "Cash1.Invalid DateTimeInvalid DateTimeInvalid DateTime_Invalid..." on my drive though with the timestamp of 11-06-24.
Statistics: Posted by santhuahin — Mon Jun 17, 2024 2:29 am

Well that's a new one. I checked my Logs and there is no "invalid" there this month, so it's not likely to be a new error being logged. Since it's only with one camera, I suggest logging directly into that camera and looking at the time settings to see if anything is different to your other similar cameras.

If no issues are found, then it's one for Support.
Statistics: Posted by TimG — Sun Jun 16, 2024 9:28 am

I went to inspect the logs on my machine today and noticed that there were a lot of entries for:

Code:

6/11/2024 10:19:24.167 AMCash1 Clip: File exists at E:\New\Cash1.Invalid DateTimeInvalid DateTimeInvalid DateTime_Invalid DateTimeInvalid DateTimeInvalid Date

This seems to have been happening for at least the last 2 months and only seems to be affecting this one camera. And starting yesterday the logs have been filling with:

Code:

6/13/2024 12:56:41.966 PMClips MoveFile Error 80: E:\New\Cash1.Invalid DateTimeInvalid DateTimeInvalid DateTime_Invalid DateTimeInvalid DateTimeInvalid DateTi

Can someone please explain to me what this means and how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Also the camera that is spitting out these errors is a Reolink RLC-511, however I highly doubt the camera is at fault here as I have several of the same model and they're not filling my logs with errors
Statistics: Posted by santhuahin — Thu Jun 13, 2024 6:15 am
