I did a DB repair. Also did a repair and compress. Will monitor if this issue reoccurs with V 5.9.3.4 which I upgraded to yesterday.
Statistics: Posted by Elefant_Man — Thu Jun 20, 2024 1:36 pm

Decided to upgrade to 5.9.3.4 to see if the issue has been resolved, rebuilt the DB and the alert that was playing the wrong videos again disappeared, it should not take long to see if the issue appears again as I am on a busy street and lots of cars are going by to trigger the cameras. This camera only generates an alert it does not email me thank goodness!
Statistics: Posted by BruceH — Wed Jun 19, 2024 9:24 pm

If it's really poorly try the delete db and rebuild. I have had to do it a few times when things look a little crazy. Not often though.
Statistics: Posted by TimG — Wed Jun 19, 2024 9:16 pm

OK again some weird things happening, I have an alert on a camera at 5:01:13 pm today, the clip it plays is for just the correct period of time for the alert. On the same camera I have a another alert at 5:01:17 pm, the clip that gets played starts at 01:28:18 PM and goes until 5:06:53, skipping over the space between all the other alerts as it is not set to record continuously. Is there something that I should check before I try to rebuild the database again to see if it fixes this issue?
Statistics: Posted by BruceH — Wed Jun 19, 2024 9:12 pm

Rebuilding the db appears to have resolved the alert issue with the wrong video being played, It is strange that the alert generated at 12:57:59 has also disappeared!
Statistics: Posted by BruceH — Wed Jun 19, 2024 5:34 pm

All Alerts indicate a different preview but when I click to play the clip, they all play the same unrelated clip from a different time. This I noticed even after upgrading to V 5.9.3.3. I have an issue that has popped up that I noticed about a few days ago. When I review my Alerts, there are certain alerts that indicate an event at a certain time but when I click to play the recording it plays the clip but from a different time frame. Also if I hover over the alert which triggered the event it plays the clip but the time is different.
Statistics: Posted by Elefant_Man — Sat Jun 15, 2024 1:08 pm
