Hi, we can't do much since this is a peer to peer forum, but we can try  <img class="smilies" src="https://blueirissoftware.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif" width="15" height="17" alt=":D" title="Very Happy"> <br><br>General Settings - Is it showing your License Key ? <br><br>If no, add the key.<br>If yes, try to deactivate it and then put the same key back in. Hi All,<br><br>For some reason I have now Blue Iris Evaluation Version text on the screen of my main camera so it's not recording anything live.<br><br>I don't know what's going on as I have my licence for my old version of Blue Iris...<br><br>I have Version 5.4.7.11 x64 (11/06/2021) and my licence expired on 09/07/2021, so my version is included.
