It is indeed the official BI5 forum, but is mainly a peer to peer forum. If you have a good idea and can explain the use case, then please do email Support.
Blue Iris is a small company and they do get a lot of Support requests, but I have found a logical suggestion will be followed up. Twice in my case.
Give it a try.

Identifying your current version is generally a good starting point as your request may already have been implemented in a subsequent release. There's also the current Help File in TimG's sig which may have information on the feature of interest if it indeed already exists.

Doesn't seem like a very effective or currently active approach to the matter. It would be interesting to know how many requests have actually been implemented as a result of the thread..., or even seen by the developer. Same holds true over on IPCT.

Best bet is direct contact with support. Good luck with that.

Is this the official BI forums? Do people who work on the software read these posts?

I'm asking because I have several UI quality of life suggestions.

Where should I submit that type of thing?

My #1 suggestion is make the Testing and Tuning -> Analyze with AI toggle, stick. I have to keep checking that every time I want to review a video.
