I need to record the camera video when a drawer opens (because you can´t watch thousand of hours to find out that moment).
So, in "Motion Sensor" -> "Use zones and hot spot". There, I clear the whole image, except the drawer.
Everything works well, the trigger, alerts to my email, etc, except the recording. It records only the area of the drawer, and black video the rest of image.
The screenshots by email are ok, with the whole image.
In blackout option, I have selected "Do not blackout".

Any help to get that the whole video area was recorded?
