Hi Theldron, it sounds like you are looking in the right place. By default, BI starts by recording to a folder called "New", and then moves the files to a folder called "Stored".

You can adjust the settings for both of these folders. Click on "New" and look at the settings (age and size), then click on "Stored" and look at the settings (age and size). It should all become obvious when you see what they are set to.

BlueIris Clips Retention

Hi all,

We use BlueIris at my school and SLT use the Web viewer to view live and clips. But is seems that BlueIris is only retaining around 3 days of clips. Where do i increase this?

I have the limit clip age to 14 days. I have changed the limit size from 5GB to 75GB in folders to see if that would help.

Anywhere else I should look?
