Stream setting help for cheap Chinese fisheye camera

I bought a cheap 5MP Chinese fisheye camera to experiment with. With my current BI settings, it's just a grey screen most of the time but using the same settings in IP Cam Viewer Android app it works well. Attached are screenshots of my BI settings and the camera's encode settings. My options in the camera are as follows:
Compression; H.265 & H.265X.
Static configuration of; baseline, main profile & high profile
Smare Encode; closing, H.265+ & H.265AI

Any recommended settings?
