I just joined the forum and realize this is an old post, but maybe it can help you or someone else.

It looks like you do not have or have incorrectly added the ftp login information provided by WU.
For simplicity, I would recommend downloading a free copy of a FTP program such as Filezilla (hightly recommended) and then set up and test your connection to WU. You may then test uploading some images and you will get immediat feedback as to whether or not is was successful. Once that works, enter that configuration into BI.

I just completed following the recommendation of "Terk" who provided instructions on doing this on Aug 13, 2019 for another member. I found it under: What info to enter for Weather Underground link.

When I attempt to test my connection under the FTP Server in Blue Iris, I continue to get this:

Connecting to webcam.wunderground.com
FTP: 530 Login authentication failed

What does this mean? And how do I correct it?
