TimG-
I kind of agree with you on the 'no frills' comment. Seems like a good camera. Just for giggles I bought an Sv3C camera and am
waiting for that to arrive. At least in the product writeup it says it supports RTSP, ONVIF and Blue Iris. Hopefully I have better luck
.
Thanks for your input.

Re: Getting Amcrest ASH47-W PTZ into BI
Okay , understand. Tried VLC and I don’t get a connection, it pulls an error and tells me to look at the log. I attempted to open a video stream. I enabled logging and set as log file and tried again, but no luck. Log file didn’t even get generated.

Re: Getting Amcrest ASH47-W PTZ into BI
I can see the feed in the app. I would like to know how i set the IP address for wifi and how i tell the camera the feed is wifi only and no Ethernet. There is an IP address on the camera but it doesn’t say its wifi. There is a wifi address you can set but it never keeps a value, always defaults to ...

Getting Amcrest ASH47-W PTZ into BI
Just bought a new Amcrest ASH47-W PTZ camera and am attempting to get it working in Blue Iris. I had a heck of a time just getting it into my app on my phone, seems you need to use the SmartHome app. I can get video in the app but not in Blus Iris. Blue Iris complains “No signal”. Does anyone have s...

One of my camera's is not docked to UI
By accident I dragged and dropped one of my camera's to the desktop, now I can't get it back into the UI. I have unchecked 'Drag Lock'. Dragging it back to the UI does not do anything. The camera is just floating around unattached. How do I fix this?

Blue Iris rebuilt- Action Tiles does not work
Hi all- I use Action Tiles to display my camera feeds. They were all working at one point. I had my Blue Iris server crash and had to rebuild. Rebuilt and everything is working fine in Blue Iris. I am using Blur Iris 5.3.2.11 . Aside from modifying the port BI uses everything is the same. I went int...

Port 81 not open?
Hi all. I just transitioned to Google Nest wifi, upgraded BI 4 to BI 5. Now all my camera's in ActionTiles are broken. THe URL in actiontiles uses the local Blue Iris Server IP and port (81) along with the camera short name. Note also that Google Nest wifi creates a new subnet 192.168.86.x . I moved...
