Alert sounds come though but in order to hear audio on a recording I have to trigger and play back the clip or watch the stored alerts or NEW recordings. It is the same. Once I bought through them when they offered it slightly cheaper. When you enter your email and registration number, it goes through the Blueiris server.

I would suggest full time CONTINUOUS recording also. Disc space is cheap.

Keep your recordings CONTINUOUS and do not use Continuous - Triggered or Alerts. When you add a camera it normaly has "Enable Motion Detector" checked on the first screen. You can enable it on the cameras Trigger tab by checking "Motion Sensor" CONFIGURE will let you tweek sensit...

Do not select re-encode on the format page, only on the convert/export page

I found that select "Continuous" records the main steam. The alerts are still there and not effected. The alerts are not seperate recordings, they are just pointers to the location on the continuous recording.

Are you recording "Direct to disc"?
