Old thread, I know, but as a confirmation -- had the same event happening on a Reolink behind a bridge in my garage. Can you guys send an email to Support and let us know the response ? Is there anything in common here, like all being wifi cameras or anything ? Mine are wifi and hardwired, and are different brands. I have the exact same issue. Audio is working if I access the cameras directly, but Enable Audio box gets unchecked in BI Camera Settings. Happens on several cameras.
