Decided to upgrade to 5.9.3.4 to see if the issue has been resolved, rebuilt the DB and the alert that was playing the wrong videos again disappeared, it should not take long to see if the issue appears again as I am on a busy street and lots of cars are going by to trigger the cameras. OK again some weird things happening, I have an alert on a camera at 5:01:13 pm today, the clip it plays is for just the correct period of time for the alert. On the same camera I have a another alert at 5:01:17 pm, the clip that gets played starts at 01:28:18 PM and goes until 5:06:53, skipping ove...

Rebuilding the db appears to have resolved the alert issue with the wrong video being played, It is strange that the alert generated at 12:57:59 has also disappeared!

Did you check the formatting for the overlays for that camera, in my recent version it is in the camera settings on the "Video" tab at the bottom is a box that says "Edit overlays" mine looks like this

The only place that I am aware of that sets any sort of location for BI is the main setup screen (The gear icon) on the tab "location", try setting that to your correct location (Lat & Long) and see if it makes any difference, it is used primarily to determine sunrise and sunset, but i...

It is not clear if the time stamp you show is from BI or the camera, have you checked to see if the time on the actual camera is correct?

I checked the memory this morning and it was at 734MB after running all night with the settings reverted back to default without a reboot, I then changed just the Pre-trigger playback time = 3.0 sec did not do a restart and the memory started climbing again, setting it back to 2.0 again appeared to ...

An interesting observation, I restarted my system with the pretrigger as follows Pre-Trigger record time = 6.0 sec Pre-trigger playback time = 3.0 sec I then set them back to the defaults of 5 and 2 My memory was 603.2MB after about 1.5 hrs the memory has climbed to 735MB it is fluctuating, but appe...
