Re: Dahua Camera RTSP Stream and PTZ?
I checked BlueIrisSoftware.com/cameras.ods for the list of cameras and Dahua is listed there but they look like generic Dahua profiles (there are only five entries and my camera is not one of these). This is my first PTZ camera so I hope I am doing it right. On the video view, I have blue arrows whe...

Re: Dahua Camera RTSP Stream?
Sorry - I have been working on it more and a firmware update on the camera got the video stream working in BI (without any change to BI configuration). However, I cannot use the PTZ from BI. The PTZ works fine from the web browser. This is my first PTZ camera so I'm not sure whether there is somethi...

Dahua Camera RTSP Stream and PTZ?
I have a couple of Dahua and Hikvisipn cameras and all immediately worked in BlueIris. However, I now have a Dahua SD59430U-HN/I and I cannot get a stream to show - it works in a browser but in Blue Iris it gives an RTSP error. Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this? Thank you very much!!

Black Camera for Direct Mounting on a Wall
Hello, I am looking for a camera that mounts directly on a wall so the lens points directly away from the wall (ie not down to the ground or to the side but straight ahead). I also need it in black so it is less obvious. And finally it would be helpful to have a zoom function. Is there any camera th...

Re: Low resolution clips?
Sorry but I tried to post a screenshot and the forum gives me an error that the file is too large, despite it only being 475KB. Do I need to have permission to attach files?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Low resolution clips?
Thanks for your reply. This is on the blue iris iOS app. For example, when I am in the cameras view, it shows me the live image on the left and a clip from an alert on the right and these alerts on the right are very low resolution.
Thank you
Thank you

Low resolution clips?
I had a recent embarrassing incident which has prompted me to try and figure out what I have configured incorrectly. I was on holiday and I got a notification about movement from blue iris (albeit I only saw it an hour or so late). The clip alarmingly showed three people walking around my house so i...
