Its not always intuitive. Glad you sorted it out!

Have you tried a variety of different actions? Such as email, SMS, push notification, etc to see if they all fail?

I’m also seeing this. I emailed support about it last week and got a reply that it will be addressed in a future update. Hopefully with more users reporting it, it will be fixed soon. [emoji1360]

That seems like a useful idea. I’m not aware of a way to do this currently, but you should email support and request it.

Do they work when you use the test button on the alerts page?
