Re: BI Deleted all clips
I don't know if this will help or not, but I will pass along some observations I have made messing with the BI clips. One of the problems I was fighting is that clips are not being deleted when the disk gets full. I tried to change the size of the file and to change the delete parameters: ie shorten...

Re: UI3 Alerts list broken since v5.4.3.11
I too have had the problem of not seeing alerts on a remote computer or cell phone. On the remote computer, it shows as red Xs. I've spent a lot of time trying things to get this to work. I do not know the current Blue Iris revision of BI5 running. Perhaps I'll try backing down to V5.4.3.11. Also, I...

Re: New to Forum - Question
It's been a while since you posted, but in case you don't have an answer, there are several things you can try. I have found that sometimes cameras that are not ONVIF compatible, or are older cameras can be setup by first finding the camera IP address and putting it into the search portion of the vi...

Re: Reolink E1. Anyway to connect to BI
I've worked with several types of cameras, so I'm working from memory on the Reolink. I thought it supported ONVIF, but if it doesn't, then what it is probably doing is using random port numbers. What you'll need to do is to get the IP address of the camera. Use the Reolink app to get the camera wor...

Re: Half of my cameras suddenly say "no signal"
c182pilot Some of the cameras I have used have been the Reolink. I've used quite a few brands, so I'm going from memory. If you set up the cameras using Reolink app, then most likely the problem is due to Reolink changing the port number it's using. Some cameras spoof the MAC address, but I don't th...

Re: Half of my cameras suddenly say "no signal"
I've been having this problem for quite a while as well as cameras going offline and not recovering until a reboot of the camera by reapplying power. I believe most of the problems have been resolved for me by changing configuration in the cameras. Some of the changes are: Turn off UPNP turn off sav...
