I tried that and still no dice. This is for a client of mine and the isp provides a Nokia wifi gateway 3 fiber to the home modem/router unit. So my ip address changed and now I can no longer check the cameras via mobile app. I made sure everything matched the current ip in the app, I have double checked my router to still have the port forward rule in place. I have turned windows firewall off completely. I can check the cameras locally so...

Remote viewing help
So I go through the remote viewing wizard and everything works fine for about a week then it quits working. The wan address doesn’t change. Once I re add the upnp rule it starts working again. Am I doing something wrong? Something wrong with my router? Very frustrating.

Thank you so much everyone for the ideas. Turns out /profile2 or /profile3 works for my invidtech cams. Cpu usage is down to 30% so everything seems fine. Now just got to figure out lots of other bells and whistles!
