I just solved this for a customer. For you IP Address is probably just the IP Address of the NVR. For me, I was connecting remotely and thus the router address in instructions.

Interesting. My camera is actually an R2C. I think "C" stands for cloud, so maybe only those versions are affected. Everything changed after the reboot.
