Video drivers can also cause these types of issues. If not in the latest try the latest but make sure you get the drivers from the HP support site for the model, if that makes no diff then try going back a few versions.

In your screenshot you've set Triggered + Periodic so surely that is why it's recording 'continuously' ?

Also why can’t this official BI site have a post similar to IPCT re updates and info on updates? Seems really strange that a site that the official forums want to distance themselves from has up to date info that the official forum doesn’t. With sub streams I no longer use any hardware acceleration within BI and for me disabling it actually reduced the load on the CPU?

There is a setting in BI which allows it to monitor and change IP address, caused quite a few people issues wheee the cams IP would be reset to say the IP address of a local router or WiFi access point. Might be worth trying to disable that option but I can’t remember what the option is

Was it trying to check or reset the flakey cams ip address? Thats the only thing I can think of where BI might use ARP.
