Re: BI Label on PC Screen
It's there everytime I reboot/restart the NUC10. I also have BI running on a NUC8. It only happens on the NUC10 which has other Windows display problems. I think it's unsolvable until Intel releases a good video driver.

BI Label on PC Screen
Does anyone else get a BI label on their PC screen? What's it for and how do I get rid of it? See screenshot.

Re: Blue Iris Update Manager
Hi reddawg,
I'm trying to set this up but your script to install the task bombs out. It doesn't like my user name, say: Bill Smith. The space apparently splits it into two and uses only 'Smith'.
Edited: That may not be the issue. Here's a screenshot of the error(s).
Thanks,
Mort

Re: Watchdog Alerts
The Test is the lightning bolt icon? It looks like I have to make sure the zones, sources, profiles have to match the camera settings. Once I changed those, it emailed the signal loss message. One would think that just a loss of signal would have sufficed. Unless my skimpy knowledge of how it works ...

Watchdog Alerts
I decided to try watchdog alerts since my doorbell camera is out of service with no signal as a test. BI is supposed to send an email when the alert is triggered - emails work from motion detectors - and I've set up the 'loss of signal email. However no email is sent. I'd like to get this working be...

Re: BI5 - Run as service & using GUI Windows 10
I spoke too soon. After going into 'Settings', the problem started up again after a few minutes. Looks like I'll have to contact BI Ken again, although last time didn't solve anything.
I'll try to turn off the service and make the changes in the GUI only.
Thanks though,
Mort

BI5 - Run as service & using GUI Windows 10
I'm running BI5 as a service on Windows 10 x64. When I open the BI5 GUI, I see regular freezes every few seconds which makes it nearly impossible to make settings changes as the screen refresh that occurs when the freeze ends wipes out the change I'm trying to click on. My PC is an Intel NUC NUC8I7H...
