Hi: ref BI-5 your message said it copied your son settings to BI6. I didn't know there is a version or is this a typo? No luck with the alert sounds, I wansview, and amcrest camera, they all sound in VER.5. D0 you have a fix?

Yes! It records but alert warnings/sounds of any kind like version 4, what up with it?

It records the motion, but in previous version I hear the alert before some one comes knocking at my door. I seen vehicles go, but I get no alerts when the UPS truck or any other go by like in version 4.

I have updated to version 5, but I get no warning during the alerts, unlike version 4. Support said the sund is under alerts but, I still cannot hear the warnings for all my cameras. I needsome help.

I upgraded to version 5 but I cannot get any alerts from my camera. I had it in verion 3/4 but I tried everything, and can't find out why the alerts sound don't go off. I sent a message the support, but nothing in the alert windows will make it work. Any help?
