It's all about the settings: 1. If you have a fairly standard CPAI set up, it will look at a set number of images. If it finds something before that set number it will stop. It's possible the latest versions of BI5 don't do this now - check the Help file. You can also increase the number of images. ...

I hope Support can get that sorted for you. There are two maintenance plans. A one off, or a slightly cheaper plan if you renew every year. Blue Iris had a major snafu in July 2023 when the servers crashed and the back ups failed. It caused havoc with subscriptions. If you have clearly explained to ...

If you don't have CPAI then it must be ONVIF from the camera.

I wonder how often BI5 checks the license. That would be the only online requirement I can think of.
