Re: Sub-stream resolution
Any idea on why I am not getting email notifications when a reply is posted here? I made sure to select to be notified by email, but I am not getting any. All notifications are through the site on the top right corner, but no email. Is there another hidden place I need to check to make sure I have t...

Re: Sub-stream resolution
Yes, it works. I just wasn't sure if there was anything I needed to change on my end to match the gui. But, if it's normal, then that's great.
I also wanted to know if it was possible to change the resolution on the sub to like 720p.

Sub-stream resolution
Hello, I started using sub-stream recently and noticed the resolution in BI is not the same from the camera gui. In the gui, it shows the sub is supposed to be 704x480, but BI shows it as 640x480. Not much different, but just curious as to why it's different and if there's a way to have the sub matc...

Would the High Setting affect it during daytime?
If so, would I be able to schedule when to use the high setting?

Re: New DeepStack September Update Version 2021.09.1
Is it normal for motion detection to not work properly when using sub-stream at night? I notice if I use substream, it won't detect a person when passing by more than 15-20 feet away. If I disable substream it detects motion 100% of the time at the same distance. Is it because of the pixelated image...

Re: Blue Iris Cancelling Motion
I found out what it was. It was actually a word I had in the "cancel motion" called train. For some reason, it would detect my AC unit as a train. So to "fix" it, I added train to be cancelled...but then realized, some cars were also being labeled as train lol. So, I had to remov...

Blue Iris Cancelling Motion
I have been using DeepStack for a little while now and it's been working pretty good. But, lately I've noticed that even though is detecting a person, Blue Iris is cancelling that motion...I can't tell why is doing that. I have been testing it and walking in front of the cameras and it is detecting ...

Re: Access Denied
I found what it was..
Under Web Server/Advanced... the IP for that computer was inside the "Limit Access by IP address".
Who knows why that got in there haha... but, now that I deleted it from there, I now have access!
