Re: Version 4 to version 5 upgrade - what is involved?
Pity you can't upload images on this forum. (EDIT: Now added image thanks to assistance below) The main install I am worried about is a v4.8.6.3 that was installed only a year ago. I had this on the shelf unused for ages. It says "Support level Basic [Expired]" "Expires 25/07/2023 05:...

Re: BlueIris v4 - win10 signature issue, "blocked for your protection"
Keeps talking to himself... don't swap exes between version 4 editions as they don't like swapping.

So I have a solution for both for now..
Edited to say: Turning UAC off is not a good idea... so keep reading and rip out your digital sig...

Re: Cannot start Blue Iris Program
Ah - I see I posted in the wrong place. Didn't find this on the first search (My thread: https://blueirissoftware.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3335) I also have some old v4 versions. Kinda odd - on one machine it is happy again as I stripped out the expired digital certificate from the exe. On the othe...

Re: Version 4 to version 5 upgrade - what is involved?
I have tried emailing them, but not really getting a reply. All I have had so far is a copy paste email about the certificate. A fact I already managed to work out. The only other thing in the email was to come here and ask. I now just want to know about upgrade options as one of my installs is just...

Re: BlueIris v4 - win10 signature issue, "blocked for your protection"
Okay... so this is now weird. On one PC I took out the digital signature from the file and it is happy again. Back u-p and running. Not sure why the other PC is not playing ball... it seems more paranoid. [Edited post to remove my dumb} Obviously, as I found out, if you have a 64bit install in one p...

Version 4 to version 5 upgrade - what is involved?
I am being hit by the cancelled app signing certificate in BlueIris on three systems. If I can't find a solution , how simple is an upgrade? I've loved using BlueIris 4 due to it needing no maintenance. Now the App is refusing to run I may need to do an urgent in place upgrade on those three systems...

BlueIris v4 - win10 signature issue, "blocked for your protection"
I have three different Win10 Pro PCs running BlueIris v4. They are now all failing due to the signature used to sign the app having been revoked. Help - how do I get round this? Error message is "The App has been blocked for your protection". warn.jpg EDITED TO ADD.... IGNORE the rest of t...
