Intel Quicksync on older system How to actually use it?
I have an older i5 2400 system and attempting/testing with 3 to 4 HD 1080 30FPS Cameras. I would like to actually use Intel Quicksync as CPU utilization is high (varying 20-50%) single camera without it. Setting this up and testing this in Blue Iris 5 is very confusing and I have been unable to find...

Re: Blue Iris 4 database repair options?
Thanks for the reply. I ended up deleting the old database (renamed folder) and created a new folder with the service stopped of course. My reason for even posting here was I did not know if this would delete all of my camera settings or not. I do not know if all of the camera setup details are in t...

Blue Iris 4 questions
I am having a database issue/problem on Blue Iris 4.
Is it ok to ask here or in the Bi5 forum?
In the older software forum I see there has been no reply or response to questions since Oct. 5 2020.
And a number of unanswered questions there before that.
Thanks!
Steve

Blue Iris 4 database repair options?
I have a Customer on Blue Iris4 Version: Release 4.8.6.3 x64 By their own mismanagement they somehow had allowed or caused BOTH of two hard drives on the system to become full. The system is setup with the operating system, Blue Iris Software and Database on a fast SSD. The recorded video is stored ...

Re: Hardware Accelerated Decode will not enable
Just a followup and to close this subject properly. After a number of BlueIris software updates (and there have been a lot of them over the past three weeks). A significant number of the updates were titled: "RTSP sub-streams for high-MP cameras Other minor enhancements and bug fixes" It n...

Re: Hardware Accelerated Decode will not enable
There are three "Models" under ReoLink in BI. "C1-Pro RTMP" "RLC-410/411/420/422/423 Baseline RTMP" "RLC-410/411/420/422/423 Baseline RTSP (old firmware)" Did you try the "old firmware" option? That worked for me, even though I have RLC-520 cameras....

Re: why do my camera screens freeze/stop now?
Did you fix it yet?
I think we are looking for more info from you on this.
When did it not freeze/stop?
I' have no information or point of reference to try and answer this from.
