Camera gets out of sync with Blue Iris
Reolink RLC-823a, running @ 1.00 keyframe on both main and substream via custom firmware. My stream will gradually get further and further out of sync in Blue Iris. The Reolink UI is about 10 seconds ahead at this point, meaning it takes any PTZ commands issued via Blue Iris about 10 seconds to come...

Re: Does Blue Iris have any functionality to control cameras with floodlights?
With my foscam floodlights they have an API where you can control the floodlights. I hijacked the PTZ settings to add a "Lights On" and "Lights Off" button that does the api call to the floodlight. You can look into doing something like this on your camera. It would be nice to h...

Re: Deepstack face wildcards not working
Blue Iris: 5.5.5.5 Deepstack: 2022.01.1 I could try updating Blue Iris, but I'm working on some other stability issues and didn't want to throw that into the mix. I've seen other claims the wildcard doesn't work when looking around. I just set it to check for each name1, name2, etc for now and it wo...

Re: Why does FPS drop at night ?
Some cameras are just configured to do this. Reolink halves their FPS at night to capture more light in each frame. There are ways around it though.

Deepstack face wildcards not working
I have a few faces added: face1, face2, etc.
If I add face1, face, etc. to the 'to confirm' box it will work and confirm them on the alert.
If I add face* it won't confirm anything.
Anyway to fix this? I verified the names are correct in the Deepstack DB.

Re: Reolink Gotchas
I just spent a few nights setting up two RLC-823a and I finally have it dialed in. Patrol with auto track on motion, deepstack and a few other things. Very nice so far. I had "grey screens" when using the main stream for deepstack and also when using hardware acceleration. Turned both off ...
